Integrity -Everything we work on together are things I work on daily in my own life. I know what it’s like to beat myself up and to have negative self-talk. It is important to work with a coach that has been in similar shoes and understands the challenges that food and weight can have over your life.

It is not always easy to begin an exercise program, nor if one has been exercising religiously, to break out of training plateaus that hinder progress or induce boredom. This is where partnering with me as your personal fitness trainer can make the difference.
I draw on my extensive experience as a certified personal fitness trainer, yoga instructor and wellness coach, to provide my clients with effective, efficient – yet challenging – workouts that give results. You can choose to work with me from 1-3 times a week.
